Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all quotations, orders, sample production, and manufacturing services provided by EBK Pressing / Yuan Ye Media Co., Ltd. (“EBK”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By placing an order with EBK, the customer agrees to the following terms.



  1. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to confirmation based on final specifications, quantities, and material availability.

  1. Orders & Payment

Production will begin only after:

• Written order confirmation
• Final artwork approval
• Audio approval
• Required deposit payment of 50% of the invoice

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit is required before production begins.
The remaining balance must be paid before shipment.

  1. Test Pressing & Sample Approval

Test pressings or color samples are provided for evaluation prior to mass production.

The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing and approving:

• Audio quality
• Color tone
• Pattern and visual effect
• Label and packaging details

Once written approval is given, EBK is not responsible for variations that fall within normal production tolerances.

  1. Color & Pattern Variation

Vinyl production is a physical process. Slight variations in:

• Color tone
• Transparency
• Splatter density
• Marble or swirl pattern
• Smoke or color-in-color positioning

are natural and unavoidable.

Each record is unique. Exact replication of samples, digital mockups, or Pantone references cannot be guaranteed.

  1. Audio Limitations

The customer is responsible for supplying properly mastered audio files suitable for vinyl production.

EBK is not liable for distortion, surface noise, or playback issues caused by:

• Excessive high frequencies
• Excessive bass levels
• Improper mastering
• Audio exceeding vinyl technical limitations

If technical adjustments are required, the customer will be notified.

  1. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to material availability, technical adjustments, customs procedures, or force majeure events.

Risk transfers to the customer once goods are handed to the shipping carrier.

  1. Claims

Any claims regarding defects must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Claims will not be accepted for:

• Approved color variations
• Minor surface marks within industry standards
• Audio issues caused by supplied masters

  1. Force Majeure

EBK shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, government actions, or transportation delays.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

  1. Updates

EBK reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
